Merit-Tex Plate Return Policy:
All returns will be for manufacturing defects and for replacement only. Product must be in NEW condition and returned within 30 days. Copy of original purchase receipt must be enclosed, along with written complaint and sample textured print showing defect. There is no return on Texon.
